Secondly, both novice and seasoned teachers should freely dialogue about how to improve novice-mentor teacher relationships through collaborative learning, debriefing together, co-planning regularly, and delineating ideas for co-teaching. A PDF file on mentor-teacher beliefs is included to facilitate such discussions.
